Ingredients
2 cups white cornmeal
2 cups yellow kamote, cubed
3 cups water
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Add water to cornmeal, and boil.

2. When the water is absorbed, add kamote.

3. Cover and cook for 45 minutes over low heat.

4. Season with salt
